Class times for our Grand Opening tomorrow are: 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. - Some of these times may change in the future. Hope to see you all there!

CrossFit Tuscaloosa should be open for business on December 1, 2010. I am so ready to see everyone, and get started training. Please let me know if you have any questions before then.  I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!
